I offer educational presentations and live pottery demonstrations centered on Pamunkey pottery traditions, history, techniques, and cultural significance. Programs can be adapted for schools, museums, libraries, festivals, historical sites, and community events and are designed to encourage conversation, questions, and engagement with both the art and history of Pamunkey pottery.
In addition to presentations and demonstrations, I also offer educational display materials featuring pottery examples, clay and material samples, traditional tools, photographs, and information about the pottery-making process, from sourcing clay to firing finished pieces. These displays may be included as part of a program or, in some cases, reserved separately by museums and other educational or cultural institutions.
Before we can schedule your program, I'll need some information about your event. Please complete the form to request a presentation or demonstration.
**At this time, I am currently not offering public pottery making classes.**

One-hour educational presentations are designed as introductory overview programs and may be tailored to different audiences and age groups. Presentations can cover a variety of topics related to Pamunkey pottery traditions, history, techniques, cultural significance, and the pottery-making process.
Because of the shorter format, presentations covering multiple topics will provide a broader overview rather than an in-depth discussion of each subject.
